  • Insuring the check-in and check-out of your tenant

  • Annual verification of insurance certificates and maintenance

  • Informing the public treasury, according to law, the movement of every tenant

  • Monitoring eventual works and maintenance to your property with your prior approval

  • Paying of bills and utilities to suppliers (Water, electricity, works, …)

  • Payment of building charges to the “syndic”

  • Calculating the annual adjustment of rental charges

  • Payment of your monthly rental income by bank transfer

  • Monthly statement of your account

  • Preparing the elements needed for your tax declaration of rent income

  • Managing any insurance claims and unpaid rents

  • The waiver of re-letting fees if your tenant leaves your property during his first year

  • Representation in any meetings concerning your property or the building at a hourly rate of 60€ excluding VAT.

We also offer an optional subscription to an insurance against unpaid rent to let your property without any stress.
